The breakfast was fresh and had a huge choice, so all was good. i also appreciated the cleanliness. The rooms were neat.

the sink in the bathroom was tiny, i couldn't even fit a water bottle to refill it.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and everything tasted fresh. i especially liked the selection of pastries and the omelet station was great. the staff at the front desk was very helpful. They gave me directions to local attractions. the room had a nespresso machine. I appreciated having coffee in the morning.

The sink in the bathroom was very small. It was hard to wash my face without splashing water everywhere. the ac in the room seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust it to my preferred temperature. noise from outside kept me awake. The windows did not block sound well.

The room i booked, a junior suite, seemed more like a standard room. Quite disappointing. the heating didn't work properly, so the room remained cold . plus, the noise levels were high. I could clearly hear sounds from outside, made sleeping difficult. the overall experience didn't meet my expectations for what i paid. Not great.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . A staff member booked us into a room with a wet room, perfect for my needs! The breakfasts were fresh, with a huge selection of food. I appreciated the variety.

The room's heating system did not work properly, so the room felt cold. It was an inconvenience. I found the additional small heater provided to be quite noisy, it made sleep difficult.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness from arrival to departure. A staff member provided ice packs and secured a room with a wet room. I was grateful for their friendly approach.
