fresh breakfast clean rooms
The breakfast was fresh and had a huge choice, so all was good. i also appreciated the cleanliness. The rooms were neat.
the sink in the bathroom was tiny, i couldn't even fit a water bottle to refill it.

pastry selection omelet station helpful staff small sink noise control temperature control
The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and everything tasted fresh. i especially liked the selection of pastries and the omelet station was great. the staff at the front desk was very helpful. They gave me directions to local attractions. the room had a nespresso machine. I appreciated having coffee in the morning.
The sink in the bathroom was very small. It was hard to wash my face without splashing water everywhere. the ac in the room seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust it to my preferred temperature. noise from outside kept me awake. The windows did not block sound well.

underwhelming stay. some issues.
cold room high noise
The room i booked, a junior suite, seemed more like a standard room. Quite disappointing. the heating didn't work properly, so the room remained cold . plus, the noise levels were high. I could clearly hear sounds from outside, made sleeping difficult. the overall experience didn't meet my expectations for what i paid. Not great.

broken heater cold room
the quiet location near the main pedestrian street was acceptable.
i had reserved a suite, but the room wasn't really a suite. it seemed more like a standard room, and it felt quite cold, maybe because it hadn't been used in a while. the heater wasn't working either so the stay wasnt comfortable.

friendly staff huge selection
I found the staff friendly and helpful . A staff member booked us into a room with a wet room, perfect for my needs! The breakfasts were fresh, with a huge selection of food. I appreciated the variety.
The room's heating system did not work properly, so the room felt cold. It was an inconvenience. I found the additional small heater provided to be quite noisy, it made sleep difficult.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness from arrival to departure. A staff member provided ice packs and secured a room with a wet room. I was grateful for their friendly approach.

Breakfast includes a great choice of freshly cooked items. I found everything I needed there. The family room included a bunk bed. My kids loved this room because of that. The family room also had its own bathroom.
